Large Party Reservations

Pizza Dive accepts Large Party Reservations, and can comfortably fit groups of 10-60 depending on the location. Seating is typically always available for groups of 10 or less. We can even host private events and close the restaurant just for your group!

How It Works:

  • Complete the form to the right and a member of the Pizza Dive Catering Team will be in touch, generally within 1 business day

  • Based on your request, we will finalize the details and collect the Reservation Deposit and any pre-payment for Food

  • We typically cannot support Large Party Reservations occurring during our busiest hours (after 4:30pm on Wednesday and Friday-Sunday).

Deposits and Cancellations:

  • Preparing for Large Parties requires us to staff extra Team Members and prepare ingredients. To lock in your date/time, we ask for a Refundable Reservation Deposit of $20. No dates and times are reserved until the Deposit is paid. The Deposit will be applied to the final event invoice.

  • Food may be pre-ordered so it’s ready for your group. Food requires pre-payment and will not be prepared until it is paid for.

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made through Toast EventView more than 24 hours before the scheduled Reservation time will be eligible for a full refund of any payment made.

    • Cancellations made through Toast EventView less than 24 hours before the scheduled Reservation time are not eligible for a Reservation Deposit refund and will result in a fee of 100% of the Reservation Deposit. Food pre-orders that have not been prepared will be eligible for a full refund of any payment made. Food pre-orders that have been prepared will result in a fee of 100% of the pre-payment and you are asked to pick up the Food. Any Food not picked up within 1 hour of the cancelled Reservation start time will be donated to local causes.

    • For Local Schools and school-affiliated groups, in the event of a school closure (e.g., snow day) or similar Force Majeure-related cancellation, the Reservation may be canceled without penalty, provided notice is given before any order preparation begins (typically before 9:00 AM on the day of the event).

  • Cancellation by Pizza Dive (Force Majeure): We reserve the right to terminate the contract and cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, or if we determine weather conditions are unsafe for travel and/or service. In such cases, a full refund of all payments and Deposits will be issued.
